Firstly, I should have known I would be pleased! Upon parking my car and getting out and organized to bring my vacuum in - no less than 5 people had brought vacuums in for repair... I dropped off my Dyson on Saturday and had it back within a week. The cord was broken and as much as I love my my vacuum it wasn’t cleaning the way it used to (it is 10 yrs old) I picked it up today and have been vacuuming up a storm. It is beyond better than it was before I dropped it off! They changed the brushes on the beater bar and cleaned it up, as well as, replacing the cord. Than you so much! I am very happy with my ‘new’ vacuum. Would recommend to anyone.

Great shop to visit. Huge selection of machines and parts. Friendly staff and I am not just saying that because I went to school with Mike. Haha. Truly, we bought a vacuum from Mobile Vacuum and have been very happy with it. Bags and belts for our older basement machine are always in stock at a great price. Buy local.

I felt compelled to write a review once I received such kind and knowledgeable advice. I knew after 1 phone call that when buying a vacuum as a gift you need to make sure the service will accompany it. I truly feel my purchase will be enjoyed without hassle for many years to come!!

I often find household equipment and appliances don't last like they used to when I was a kid. As we live in a disposable society most times we throw out and replace items that fail us. I have only had my central vac for 6 years when parts started flying out of it. I thought it was headed to the scrap heap. I went over to Mobile Vacuum who fixed up all my issues for $70 when I thought I might have to take the plunge on a brand new unit. Its great to know that not everything needs to be thrown out and replaced. They did it quickly and on budget. Thanks - - I definitely recommend your services and I will be back again.

Hi No matter who is at the counter, these folks are friendly, courteous, professional and honest. I feel so confident in their recommendations I keep coming back when I need a repair or new vacuum. In today's day and age it is great dealing with people who know what customer service, integrity and reputation mean. I took two vacuums in to get repaired. One was an old hoover, which I brought with no bags. I mentioned that if he needed a bag in it to make sure it was working properly, I would purchase a package of bags. When I went in to pick up the vacuums, they were repaired and at the low cost of the appraisal. I purchased two packages of the bags, also at a great price and went my merry way. When I got home, to my pleasant surprise my hoover had a brand new bag in it. Very pleasant experience, the price was right, the repairs were great, and the atmosphere was above and beyond. Thank you very much. I will definitely refer this store to anyone.

The people there are always friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the perfect central vacuum for my home and they installed it! Take it from a customer of many years, these are the people to go to.
